FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we get most. If something's still unclear, email us at hello@tableturn.app.

Then start with the free social audit at /audit. It takes 3 minutes, gives you a full picture of what's working and what's not, and puts you into our 3-email nurture sequence — so we stay on your radar while you grow into a subscription. There's no obligation. When you're ready, Launch at $800/mo is the entry point.
Month-to-month. Cancel any time. No annual contracts. No cancellation fees. If you want out, you email us — we process it within 48 hours and you won't be charged again after the current billing cycle. Most agencies lock you into 6–12 months; we don't do that.
Everything in your tier is included — posting, review response, reporting, account manager calls. The only things that cost extra: ad spend (you pay Meta/Google directly — see below), custom photography shoots (Command tier includes planning; execution costs are quoted separately), and third-party tools (if we ever need to license something on your behalf, we tell you first). Nothing sneaked in. Full breakdown on the Pricing page.
Yes. Your ad budget goes directly to Meta or Google — we never touch it. You fund the ad account, they run the campaigns. We manage the campaigns at no extra cost on Growth and Command.

Example: On Growth ($1,500/mo), if you set a $500/mo Meta budget, you pay Meta $500 directly and TableTurn $1,500 — total $2,000/mo. Launch does not include ad management.

You set your own cap. We recommend starting at $300–$500/mo and scaling once you see what's working.
You approve content on your own schedule, not real-time. Here's how it works: we build a content calendar (7–14 posts) in advance, you review and approve the whole batch at once via your dashboard or email. Once approved, we publish on schedule — no ping-pong per post.

If you hate something, flag it before approval and we swap it out. After approval, emergency edits go to your account manager and we fix it as fast as possible — usually within the same business day. We don't publish anything you'd be embarrassed by; the whole point is to protect your brand.
We tell you about it. Your monthly report covers what underperformed and why — engagement rate, reach, saves. We treat it as data, not drama. A post that tanks tells us something about your audience; we adjust the next batch accordingly. We don't hide bad numbers. You see everything in your monthly report. If something's consistently off-brand or resonating wrong, we flag it proactively between reports too.
Yours. During onboarding we build a brand voice document from your input — how you talk, who you're speaking to, what you never say. We train on your existing content, your menu, your reviews. Every post is written to sound like your restaurant, not like a generic agency. See our work for examples — each client's content sounds distinct because it is.
You. Always. We operate your accounts via Meta Business Suite and Google Business, which means we get a managed access role — we can post, respond, and run ads, but you can revoke access at any time. You never hand over passwords. You never give up ownership. If you leave, you keep your accounts; we lose the ability to post but your content and audience are yours.
Fill out the intake form. That's it — everything else we can handle. Specifically: access to your Google Business and Facebook/Instagram accounts (we send invites, you accept), any photos or assets you have (logo, food shots, menu), and 30 minutes for an onboarding call. We'll tell you exactly what we need and in what order. If you don't have photos, we source them.
Per tier:
LaunchAll reviews — within 48 hours
GrowthAll reviews + comments — within 24 hours
CommandSame business day SLA
We monitor daily. Negative reviews get priority — we draft a response for your review within 2 hours and get your approval before posting. See full tier comparison →
You keep everything. Your content archive (posts, photos, copy), your ad accounts, your audience data, your Google Business and Meta Business access — all yours. We hand over all files (monthly archives on Launch, weekly on Command). We also remove ourselves from your Meta Business Suite and Google Business as managers within 48 hours of your request. Zero lock-in.
Realistic timeline: 90 days to see meaningful movement. Here's why — the first month is setup (access, profiles, content calendar, first posts). Month 2 is audience building and early data collection. Month 3 is where patterns emerge and we start optimizing. You'll see follower growth and engagement uptick in weeks 4–6 on active tiers; ad ROAS typically becomes measurable weeks 6–8 on Growth/Command.
